Our Indoor practice sessions are designed to give players thousands of valuable touches on the ball over a 12 week period. The importance of this type of training is that players get more time on the ball when training. Also, we work with the players in soccer specific fitness exercises to improve their Speed, Agility, Coordination and Quickness. Our indoor program will improve the technical skills of each player and their fitness within a competitive, fun, and learning environment.
