- Remember that we are guests at St. Huberts.  Everyone should leave the area clean and neat, and please treat all staff at St. Huberts with utmost respect.
- We are not to drive into in the parking lot.  Please have parents park on the shoulder of Woodland Road leaving enough clearance on both sides of the gate so cars can see when they pull out.  Walk along the fence to drop off and pick up children.  It’s a little inconvenient, but it’s necessary if we want to continue to play there.

-- There should always be a coach and a parent at each practice in case of emergency.  It is best that the parent has a cell phone.  This parent must stay until all children are picked up.
- In case of thunder/lightning all children should immediately get into cars or onto the porch of the giftshop at St. Huberts under shelter to wait. 

 

-- DO NOT LEAVE WATER BOTTLES OR ANY OTHER GARBAGE AT THE FACILITY.  Please use the recycling bins that are by the garbage cans.  They were put there for us.  The Stay Parent/Parent Manager is responsible to ensure the fields are clean at the end of practice.

 

(We’ve already had an issue there this week.  Let’s not jeopardize our relationship with our friends at St Huberts.  They’ve been very nice to Chatham United for several years)
