Mandatory Registration for the Tournament will take place Thursday, May 24th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Chatham Middle School, 480 Main Street, Chatham, NJ, 07928.
You must bring and present your team’s:
(a) Copy of Official League Roster, signed and stamped by your state youth soccer association, (we will keep this copy)
(b) Copy of Transfer or Additional Player Forms for players placed on your team after the issuance of the roster, signed and stamped by your state youth soccer association (we will keep this copy)
(c) Medical Releases for all players
(d) Player and Coach Passes for all players and coaches participating in the Tournament
(e) Permission to Travel Form approved by your state youth soccer association – for any out of state team. You may download a copy of our NJYS Approval Form (see left sidebar) in order to be submitted to your state youth soccer association for permission to travel out of state.
