Chatham United cordially invites you and your team to submit an application to participate in the 2008 Chatham United Memorial Day Weekend Soccer Tournament which will take place on Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th 2008.  There will be no rain date in the event of cancellation.  The following is important information regarding the tournament:

• The tournament is sanctioned by the USYSA under the jurisdiction of the NJSYSA
• All games are officiated by USYSF referees
• Each team is guaranteed four games
• Trophies are awarded for 1st and 2nd place to U11 thru U14 teams
• Participation awards are awarded to all U8 thru U10 teams
• Tournament patches are given to all participants
• Traditional exchange of club patches is required
• Tournament fees are $375 for U8 thru U10 teams and $395 for U11 thru U14 teams

The tournament is open to U8 thru U14 league teams, intra-club tournament teams, teams that participate in a Premier league and official select teams.  Double carded players are allowed in accordance with NJSYSA rules.  Up to three guest players carded through the same club are permitted.  All teams must be affiliated with their appropriate soccer association.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance.  Notification of acceptance will be advised at a later date.  The Tournament Director reserves the right to close flghts as they become full.
