2008 Chatham United Memorial Day Weekend  Tournament
 
IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
  • Mandatory Registration for the Tournament will take place Friday, May 23rd, from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm at the Chatham Township Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, NJ, 07928 (click here for directions)  
 
  • You must bring and present your team’s:
     
(a)   Copy of Official League Roster, signed and stamped by your state youth soccer association, (we will keep this copy).
(b)   Copy of Transfer or Additional Player Forms for players placed on your team after the issuance of the roster, signed and stamped by your state youth soccer association, (we will keep this copy).
(c)   Medical Releases for all players,
(d)   Player and Coach Passes for all players and coaches participating in the Tournament,
(e)   Permission to Travel Form approved by your state youth soccer association – for any out of state team (if you have not already provided the same)
(f)    Signed Code of Conduct Form (click here)

  • You may download a copy of our approved Permission to Host form in order to be submitted to your state youth soccer association.
  • Directions to the playing fields.
  • Notices regarding parking and concessions available at all fields.
At the time of registration you will receive a copy of the following:
  • Tournament Rules, including the manner in which winners will be decided.
  • List of Teams in your flight, field numbers and Game Schedule.
